RTE 4 Irish man ‘Disposed’ of black hair Irishman Gerard O’Neill said he disposed of his black hair after a woman claimed he had blackened her face with the drug methylphenidate.
O’Neill, a former IRA man and former garda, told the Irish Examiner: “She had a couple of black patches and she asked me if I knew what it was.
I said, ‘No, I have black hair, I don’t know what it is’.
She was obviously quite confused and said ‘Is this what you have done to me?’
I said yes, and she told me to go to the GP and they said, I think, about two months later.”
The doctor said O’Malley was discharged and he did not think he had used methylphenidates for more than two months.
O’Brien told the newspaper that he was “disposed” of his hair after the woman approached him about it.
He added: “I’m just happy that the woman didn’t want to do it anymore.”
O’Malley, who has a wife and two children, said he has been working with a group of doctors and nurses to find a suitable treatment for his condition.
He said he was not sure how long it will take for his blackened skin to heal.
